There are two performance measures that we are committed to being more intentional about; improving "non-traditional enrollment" and "non-traditional completion". Do programs which are traditional for males attract females? furthermore, once in the program does the female student stay and complete the program? Likewise, are we actively promoting programs that are traditional for females to our male students? Do they stick with it and complete the program? Come and learn from a nationally recognized expert about attracting and retaining non-traditional students.
